Weather Characteristics of Vintages:

The weather conditions in 2023 are the exact opposite of last year. An extremely wet vintage, which prolonged the vegetation. 14 days of dry weather in August, dry weather in late August and early September. Temperatures on average lower than average for the vegetation, resulting in a later harvest. Favourable acid-to-sugar ratio, slightly higher malic acid content. Harvesting for the sparkling base started on 26 August, early varieties from 3 to 10 September, finishing with Merlot at the end of September.
